Handle Watches with Care

Rented watches are personal possessions entrusted to you by their owners. Wear them appropriately for the watch's water resistance rating, avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or magnetic fields, and store them safely when not being worn.

Accurate Listing Descriptions

Hosts should provide truthful descriptions of their watches, including any scratches, wear marks, or functional limitations. Accurate photos taken in good lighting help set clear expectations and prevent disputes.

Honest Condition Reporting

Both hosts and clients should document the watch's condition before and after each rental. If any damage occurs during a rental, report it promptly through the platform rather than attempting repairs independently.

Timely Communication & Returns

Respond to messages within 24 hours when possible. Return watches by the agreed date. If you need to extend a rental, request an extension through the platform before the return date.

Respectful Interactions

Treat all community members with courtesy and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will result in account suspension. Leave honest, constructive reviews to help the community.

Prohibited Items

Do not list counterfeit watches, stolen property, or watches that you do not own or have authorization to rent. Listings that violate these rules will be removed and may result in permanent account suspension.
